What Is Victoria Island? --The Prophecy Book Two

    “I didn’t ask for this honor. I didn’t want to be a leader,” I whispered to myself. “I’m not ready.” But those were not my options. The world had changed, and with it, so had I. I had been content to follow, blend into the background and be an obedient daughter. But life had other plans for me.     In an instant my life had drastically changed, and I woke to see things in a different light. The naïve little wimpy girl I used to be was gone. The mantle of leadership was thrust upon me, even as I had tried to avoid it. I was afraid that I would not be brave enough, not strong enough, that I would not be enough. But I knew what I had to do, not for power or glory, but for the very survival of my family. Sometimes adulting is hard. Seriously! 

   A storm is coming. After recovering from a traumatic accident which wiped out her memory, Victoria just wants to live a normal life. But an ancient Prophecy is revealed, forcing her to make a difficult choice. Her boyfriend Griffon mysteriously goes missing, her ex-boyfriend unexpectantly shows up, (Awkward!) and the Shadow People return from the dead to threaten the entire town. Victoria must figure out who and what she is capable of to defend her family and her very life.
